Welcome to Mock Location – GPS Tester! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mock Location – GPS Tester mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. App License and Usage

1.1. License: Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the App to violate any law, misrepresent your location in a harmful or fraudulent way, bypass third-party app rules, interfere with services, or engage in unsafe activity.

1.4. No Guarantee of Third-Party Compatibility: The App may not work with all apps, services, devices, Android versions, or device settings. Third-party apps and services may detect, restrict, block, or prohibit mock location or route simulation usage under their own terms.

2.1. App Data: The App may allow you to create or configure mock locations, routes, or related settings on your device. You are responsible for any data or settings you create or use within the App.

My Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to my Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5.2. My total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to download or use the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1. The App may use third-party services, such as Google Maps APIs, Google Play Services, Firebase, or advertising providers, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be exclusively resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
