Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mock Location – GPS Tester! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mock Location – GPS Tester mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. App License and Usage

1.1. License: Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.3. Mock Location and Route Simulation Usage: The App allows you to simulate mock locations and route movement on your device for testing, development, demonstration, or other lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use these features. You agree not to use the App to violate any law, misrepresent your location in a harmful or fraudulent way, bypass third-party app rules, interfere with services, or engage in unsafe activity.

1.4. No Guarantee of Third-Party Compatibility: The App may not work with all apps, services, devices, Android versions, or device settings. Third-party apps and services may detect, restrict, block, or prohibit mock location or route simulation usage under their own terms.

2. App Data

2.1. App Data: The App may allow you to create or configure mock locations, routes, or related settings on your device. You are responsible for any data or settings you create or use within the App.

3. Privacy Policy

My Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to my Privacy Policy.

4. Premium Subscription and Free Trial

4.1. Optional Subscription: The App may offer an optional auto-renewing premium subscription through Google Play. You can continue using the App without subscribing.

4.2. Premium Benefits: A premium subscription removes ads and unlocks premium features, including route simulation, route configuration, and location configuration features. Premium features, subscription plans, pricing, promotions, or benefits may change in the future, subject to Google Play requirements and applicable law. I do not guarantee that any specific premium feature will remain available forever.

4.3. Price and Billing: The actual subscription price, billing period, applicable taxes, and local currency are displayed by Google Play before you purchase. Purchases, billing, cancellation, and subscription management are handled through Google Play.

4.4. Free Trial: Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown by Google Play before purchase.

4.5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled through Google Play. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or provided by Google Play, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and premium access continues until that time.

4.6. Refunds: Refunds are generally subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5.2. I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid through the App, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1. The App may use third-party services, such as Google Maps APIs, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play subscriptions, Firebase, or advertising providers, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page or within the App. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be exclusively resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
