This Privacy Policy describes how I, Alberto Bernal, ("I," "me," or "my") collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Mock Location – GPS Tester mobile application ("App").
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the App and does not apply to information collected through any other websites, applications, or services.
1. Information I Collect
1.1. Information You Provide: When you use the App, you may create or configure mock locations, simulated routes, or related app settings.
The App does not intentionally collect or store your real-time device location unless required for a feature you explicitly use or grant permission for.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information: I may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the App, including:
- Device information (e.g., device type, operating system version).
- Log and diagnostic data (e.g., crashes, performance data, access times).
- Approximate or device-reported location information if location permissions are granted.
- App interaction and usage analytics.
- Advertising identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID) and advertising interaction data, which may be collected and used by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics for advertising, analytics, and campaign measurement.
2. Use of Information
2.1. I may use the information I collect for purposes including:
- Providing and maintaining the App.
- Supporting mock location and route simulation features.
- Improving app stability, reliability, and performance.
- Analyzing usage trends and feature adoption.
- Providing customer support.
- Requesting ads for users without an active premium subscription, subject to applicable consent requirements, and supporting Google Play subscriptions and premium features.
- Communicating updates related to the App.
3. Sharing of Information
3.1. I may share information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- With your consent.
- With service providers that support app functionality, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, or crash reporting.
- To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
- To protect rights, property, safety, or prevent abuse or fraud.
4. Data Retention
4.1. I retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

5.1. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access your personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Manage app permissions through your device settings.
Where applicable, you can review or change your advertising privacy choices through the "Privacy options" entry in the App's menu. This entry appears when Google's consent management system determines that privacy options are required for you.
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings (for example, Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
6. Location Permissions
6.1. Certain features of the App, including mock location and route simulation, may require location-related permissions, foreground services, or Android developer settings such as mock location access.
You can revoke permissions at any time through your Android device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
7.1. The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8. Third-Party Services
8.1. The App may use third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Maps APIs, Firebase, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, analytics providers, advertising providers.
Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play. The App does not directly collect your credit card or payment card information.
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

8.2. Advertising and Consent: The App uses Google AdMob to display ads to users without an active premium subscription. Users with an active premium subscription are not shown ads.
In regions where required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent before ads are requested. Your choices may be retained and reused on later visits. You can change them through the "Privacy options" entry in the App's menu, where available.
Depending on your choices and applicable requirements, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads, or no ad at all. The App does not decide which type of ad Google serves.
The advertising consent choices managed through UMP apply to Google AdMob advertising. They do not control Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics data collection, which operate separately.

9. Security
9.1. I take reasonable measures to help protect information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
10.1. I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page or within the App. Your continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
