Home Profile is provided to help homeowners organize home information, generate a maintenance calendar, view maintenance tasks, mark tasks complete, snooze reminders, and review completed task history. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the app, its services, or other users. You must be at least 13 years old to use Home Profile. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Home Maintenance Information

Home Profile provides general home maintenance guidance and AI-generated recommendations based on information you provide. The app does not provide professional inspection, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, legal, insurance, or safety advice.

You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them. For dangerous, complex, regulated, urgent, or uncertain work, consult a qualified professional.

AI-Generated Content

Home Profile may use AI services to generate maintenance tasks and explanations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not suitable for your specific property. You should review all recommendations carefully and use your own judgment.

Your Information and Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the home profile details, preferences, and other information you enter into the app. You should only provide information that you have the right to use and share with the app.

Notifications

Home Profile may send maintenance reminders if notifications are enabled. Reminders are provided for convenience only and may not identify every task, hazard, deadline, seasonal concern, or maintenance need for your home.
